What time do you operate?
Our Reservations Service is open from Sundays till Thursdays. Your request will be handled within 24 hrs on work days.

Are your vehicles air-conditioned? How many do they seat?
All our vehicles are air-conditioned. Cars can seat up to two passengers, vans can seat up to seven passengers.

Do you offer private transfers?
Yes, all our transfers are private.

Is smoking allowed in your vehicles?
No. We strictly enforce a no-smoking policy inside our transfer vehicles.

How can I contact you from the Airport?
Check your confirmation voucher for the local phone numbers of our service providers.

Do I need an advance reservation?
The latest that you can make a reservation is 48 hours before you need the transfer. We highly recommend though that you book well in advance of this so we can serve you better.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?
You can change or cancel your reservation at any time before the transfer. But cancellation fees apply starting 7 days before services begin. Please read our terms and conditions for cancellation.

What if my flight is delayed?
We will wait up to one hour of the carrier’s scheduled arrival time. We will still try to transfer you after this time but we can’t guarantee it as we have other passengers to transfer.

Where do I meet the driver?
Our driver will be waiting for you in the waiting hall of the airport, holding a sign with your name on it. Refer to your confirmation voucher for detailed instructions on where you will meet your driver.

At which terminal will the driver drop me off on departure?
The driver drops you off at the correct terminal of the airline that you are flying with.

Why must I confirm my departure 24 hours before the transfer?
You must confirm your departure with us 24 hours before the transfer so we can be sure that all information concerning flight hours, airport, and pick-up address is correct.

Do you provide car seats for children under three years old?
We can provide child seats. In case child seat is not available, the child should sit on the parent’s lap.

Should I tip the driver? How much?
Tips are expected in Jordan. But as gratuities are a way to appreciate a good service, it is your decision.
